To apply, please print, complete and return the following documents:

• Preschool application

• Preschool handbook

• Agreement form

• Child information record

• Sunscreen, bug spray and water play form

• Child In Care form

• $50 registration fee

All documents and the non-refundable registration fee must be returned for your application to be complete.

Spots in our program are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will maintain a waiting list if a class becomes full.
